Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ Season 2 Sets March Premiere On Netflix

Deadline reports, Netflix scheduled the return of Marvel‘s Daredevil season 2 on March 18th. You can read the full press release below:

Netflix has slotted March 18 for the return of the second season of original series Marvel’s Daredevil. It will be available for streaming at 12:01 AM globally. You can see the motion date announcement above.

There had been rumors the show might have
premiered on March 25. That would have pit the series about Marvel Comics’ blind lawyer-turned superpowered vigilante up against Warner Bros’ guaranteed blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which hits theaters the same day.

Charlie Cox stars as Matt Murdock/Daredevil), along with Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle), Elodie Yung (Elektra), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple), and Scott Glenn (Stick).

Marvel’s Daredevil is executive produced by series co-showrunners Marco Ramirez and Douglas Petrie, along with Jeph Loeb, who also serves as Marvel’s Head of Television.
