Elizabeth Debicki joins Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets in a voice-over role!
Elizabeth Debicki will voice one of the characters in Luc Besson’s “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.”

Debicki’s casting was done during the film’s post-production following filming of the project as the film from STXfilms and EuropaCorp is set to hit theaters July 21.

“Valerian” is based on a graphic novel which was created by Pierre Christin and Jean-Claude Mezieres in 1967, and has since sold more than 10 million copies in 21 languages. Set in the 28th Century on the planet Alpha – an ever-expanding metropolis where species from all over the universe have converged over centuries to share knowledge —a team of special operatives Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) are charged with maintaining order throughout the human territories.
